One Hundred Years of Student Government

Meet the Team

Danny Nguyen '24
President

Outside of SGA, you will find Danny giving tours, being involved in various clubs on campus, or having fun with friends in his hometown.

Vice President

Where Do Your Student Activity Fees Go

Funding Request
SGA经费申请表格应在活动计划举行前六周完成. The form is online and can be found here. Once you submit this form, it can not be revised. If you have any questions or concerns, please email sga@zyjqlt.com. Below is the process for requesting funds:
Step 1: Complete Funding Request Form
建议至少提前4-6周提交申请.
Step 2: Finance Committee Review
收到来自SGA财务主管的电子邮件反馈和/或邀请您展示您的提案.
Step 3: Attend Preliminary Appointment
与财务委员会成员会面，讨论他们/你们的问题.
Step 4: Prepare for Your Presentation
Email contains date, time & location; prepare expense details and for Q&A.
Step 5: Funding Presentations and Voting
For funding requests $1500 or below, 拨款建议在财务委员会会议上提出并作出决定, which are every other Tuesdays, given the funding calendar. For funding requests above $1500, 提案在参议院拨款会议上提出并决定, which are every other SGA meeting, given the funding calendar.
Step 6: Decision Email

Step 7: Acquisition of Funds
资金将通过学生财务服务转至org账户.
Step 8: Turn In Receipts
活动结束后，填写决策邮件中包含的后续表单. Return all excess funds to SAF.
