See Say is a powerful safety tool that allows users to call TUPD, report incidents around campus, and access safety escort services.

Download Now

You can download the See Say mobile app at the Apple App Store or on Google Play. Once downloaded, simply enter your name and contact information, then select Trinity University from the list of organizations.

Tiger Tracks Courtesy Escort Service

Student representatives provide courtesy escorts after dark to any dorm or parking lot on campus. Call 210-999-7070 from any campus phone to request an escort.

Bicycle Registration

Please register your bike (requires log-in to Tmail) with TUPD immediately. Keep a personal record of your bicycle information (i.e. serial number and complete physical description) to use in the event your bike gets stolen.

Better Safe Than Sorry

Always use an approved tamper-proof security lock to secure your bicycle to a fixed object (i.e. a bicycle rack). Never secure a bicycle to itself, where it can be carried away.

Severe Emergency Work Orders

Facilities Services handles most normal service requests Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. by generating a work order ticket from emails sent to service-request@zyjqlt.com

To submit an emergency work order after business hours or during the weekend, please call the Trinity University Police Department at 210-999-7070.


 

After Hours Building Access

Buildings on campus open and close according to the Building Access Policy. To request after hours access or schedule after hours events, please contact Cpl. Laura Hernandez between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. at lhernan4@zyjqlt.com or 210-999-7326.

 

 

Road and Pedestrian Safety

Trinity University has a lot of pedestrian traffic on campus, and pedestrian safety is one of the University’s top concerns. Traffic control and enforcement is the responsibility of University Police Officers. Violations, including moving violations, are subject to University Citations and/or Justice of the Peace Citations.

Speed Limits

The campus speed limits are 15 miles per hour on the roadways and 5 miles per hour in the parking lots.

Campus Fender Bender?

If you are involved in a car accident on campus, call 210-999-7000 (emergency) or 210-999-7070 (non-emergency) to report it. Be sure to state how many vehicles were involved, any injuries, and the location of the accident.
